I am a personal trainer and performance diagnostician. My specialization is diagnostics of physical performance and musculoskeletal systems. Together with my trainees, we identify their physical strengths and weaknesses. Thorough diagnosis and functional movement tests are the basis for my training plans. Based on the individual needs of every client, I focus on removal of his/her movement dysfunctions, prevention of sport injuries, development of strength and physical fitness.
I use combination of traditional and new training methods to design trainings, which are highly effective, sustainable and tailored to individual needs of each client. I study continually to enhance my knowledge and skills and do the most for the benefit of every trainee.

What is Functional movement screen (FMS™)?
FMS is diagnostic system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal physical function. By screening these patterns, the FMS readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. These are issues that can reduce the effects of training and physical conditioning and distort body awareness.
The FMS generates the Functional Movement Screen Score, which is used to target problems and track progress. This scoring system is directly linked to the most beneficial corrective exercises to restore mechanically sound movement patterns.
Exercise professionals monitor the FMS score to track progress and to identify those exercises that will be most effective to restore proper movement and build strength in each individual.
The diagnostic session includes: FMS testing and evaluation of test results, targeted corrective exercise plan and consultation with personal trainer. FMS screen lasts approximately one hour. More information about FMS: www.functionalmovement.com
